Shipping and Delivery Areas

For purchases over HKD 300, we offer free delivery to all areas in Hong Kong.

If your purchase amount is less than HKD 300, a small shipping fee of HKD 80 will apply.

We provide delivery services to various locations in Hong Kong, Kowloon, the New Territories, and outlying islands (including Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Pebble Beach, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, and Peng Chau).

 

Remote Area Surcharge

Pickup and delivery services apply to the following areas: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, and Peng Chau, as well as the southern Lantau (including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, and Pui O). The remote area surcharge for these locations is $10 per service.

When placing an order, the system will automatically identify whether your delivery address falls within the aforementioned remote areas and will add the surcharge at checkout.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time in Hong Kong (including outlying islands) is within 4 working days, but in most cases, our delivery time is much faster. Orders will be delivered by our delivery team or SF Express.
